In 1627, the last of aurochs was no more. The majestic wild game was long worshipped for its sheer power and was the ancestor to today’s bovine. Inspired by its prestige, l’Aurochs will serve you CAB first class certified beef prepared with great care. Bavette, ribeye, T-bone, cowboy, all will be readily available. Our chefs will not only use locally source ingredients but also cooking and conservation methods which will make us stand out.

Story of the Owner: Andréanne Caron-Labonté
I have swum in entrepreneurship my whole life! I have always followed in my dad’s footsteps. I studied at HEC Montreal and pursued fashion studies in Milan, Italy where I lived for 2 years. Subsequently, I moved to Paris to finish my studies and then returned to Canada about 9 years ago. I joined the family business about 6 years ago following a personal development path in order to broaden my knowledge. Today, I take on the role of organizational development and special projects director. I am the proud owner of La Tomate Balance, Le Vestibule and Le Café du Théâtre. In light of the COVID-19 crisis, I developed a new PRET à MANGER division which has been very successful! Voilà, hope you will enjoy your meal with us tonight.
